Well, makeup artist Lili Eve, who is behind the transformation, confirmed the new look wasn’t real. Alongside photos from the Complex cover, the makeup artist wrote in the caption of the June 19 Instagram post, “My favorite part is people in the comments in the OG post thinking he really did shave his head.”
