      Honesty, I really love how Frankie ALWAYS supports his sister Ariana because it just goes to show you how supportive, how genuine & how real their relationship truly is… my FAVORITE italian grande siblings. :’) 🥹🖤

      I really hope he looks after his sister during this difficult health challenge that she's clearly experiencing. I don't care what anybody says. It's very obvious to a lot of people who are scared to speak up that she's going through something and that she needs to put some weight on and be healthier. She's a public figure and young people are going to see her and want to be like her. She needs to admit her health issues publically and let us know what she's doing to work through those issues
