Tyler Perry owns a jaw-dropping $100M luxury mansion on 2,100 acres that even includes his own private airport

Tyler Perry is the proud owner of a $100m luxury mansion that sits upon 2,100 acres of land and even has its own private airport.

The American filmmaker and entrepreneur is worth an estimated $1.4 billion, so it’s no wonder that he’s living it up.

When not donning a wig to play Madea, Perry gets to enjoy his sprawling estate near Atlanta.

With eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms to enjoy, there’s no denying that this is the place to be – and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Tyler Perry has invested into some exceptional real estate with this luxury mansion

Taking design cues from a French château, Tyler Perry’s Atlanta home looks like the luxury mansion of your dreams.

Surrounded on all sides by sprawling green landscapes, the house is decked out with more amenities than you could throw a silver spoon at.

There’s eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a spa, a home theater, a gym, a library, a wine cellar, a grand foyer, and plenty of entertainment spaces to choose from.

And if you needed help getting around the place, there’s an elevator to help you.

The luxury touches don’t stop there either, as the outdoor space includes a massive lap pool, a helipad, horse stables, and an organic farm.

With a farm and a library onsite, he basically has his own town at his disposal.

And that’s not forgetting the private airstrip either, which essentially serves as a mini-airport.

A custom hangar is there, but it’s not Gulfstream jets that are being stored there.

Tyler Perry is a fan of planes on a slightly smaller scale

Like most celebrities with some extra zeroes at the end of their bank balance, Perry flies around in a private jet – a $125 million Gulfstream III, to be exact.

But he’s also a big fan of RC planes, like this small RC Boeing 777-9X.

Well, we say small – this thing was still pretty big when put up next to a human being.

Perry got to fly the plane for himself, and he did so masterfully, we have to say.

We can only imagine the fun Perry has flying RC planes on his giant estate.

Jordana Ashkenazi, a interior communicator and expert, said that what set Perry’s property apart is the way in which it creates a lifestyle.

“Tyler Perry’s estate feels less like a home and more like a private French château,” Ashkenazi told Supercar Blondie.

“The architecture, symmetry and beautifully manicured grounds give it a timeless European elegance, despite being set in the heart of Georgia. It genuinely looks like it needs its own postcode.

“The eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms are impressive, but they’re almost the least interesting part. It’s the spa, home theatre, gym, library, wine cellar, grand foyer, elevator and even the private runway that transform the property from a celebrity mansion into a completely self-contained luxury estate.

“Once you arrive, there really is very little reason to leave.

“Compared with many of the celebrity homes I’ve commented on, what makes this one stand out isn’t simply its size. Plenty of luxury homes are beautiful, but very few create an entire lifestyle.

“This feels more like a private luxury resort than a traditional family home.

“I do think we’re seeing Hollywood’s biggest names move beyond simply building larger houses. Luxury is no longer measured by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, but by the lifestyle a home creates.

“And when you’re Tyler Perry, why not draw inspiration from some of Europe’s grandest estates? If you have the opportunity to create your own world, I’d say go for it.”

These celebrity mansions are what real estate dreams are made of

Whilst some celebrities may not indulge in supercars or private jets, most of them will splash the cash on a nice house.

Lily Allen and David Harbour had a beautiful home together in Brooklyn before they parted ways last year.

Bad Bunny is also accumulating mansions, even buying one of them from Ariana Grande.

But how many of these mansions have an mini-airport on their land? Exactly.
