Jessica Biel shared a video of her intense 45-minute workout routine with her trainer, Ben Bruno
The workout included mobility moves, strength trainingand interval cycling, which Biel admitted left her feeling sore

Guess it’s safe to say Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake aren’t gym buddies!
Biel, 44, and her trainer, Ben Bruno, shared a video to Instagram on Sunday, June 28, showing off her intense, full-body workout — and prompting Timberlake, 45, to comment that he was “literally eating onion rings while I watch this.”
As Bruno explained in a voiceover, they shared the video in case someone wanted to “give it a try, or just steal some bits and pieces for your own workouts.”

The routine, Bruno said, takes 45 minutes, starting with 10 minutes of “mobility moves to loosen up.”
He shared that “Jess would be happy doing mobility the whole time if I let her because she loves it” — a sentiment that definitely didn’t extend to later exercises.
Bruno explained that this routine went “a little easier on the lower body,” because “her legs were feeling extra spicy from the last workout,” but they did demonstrate how to do a hip thrust press, which works the upper body and glutes.
While The Better Sister star used 30 lb. dumbbells, Bruno said the weights are “pretty big time, but I’d recommend starting with 10-ish lb. weights, so you don’t end up in the morgue.”
During an intense core workout, when Biel braced her upper body against the floor with her legs on a bench, Bruno acknowledged, “If this next core exercise looks brutal, it’s because it is. Jess usually calls me various obscenities when I make her do it, but thankfully I’ve got thick skin.”

He shared that they finished with interval training on the bike, which he nicknamed “the Satan cycle.”
“I think you’ll like this workout, but let’s get Jess’ take,” he said, pausing while Biel audibly grunted. “Okay, so maybe ‘like’ isn’t the right word here,” Bruno quipped, “but the hard exercises you hate doing are generally the ones that work the best. Sorry, not sorry.”
While Biel made the workout look effortless, Bruno did say, “it’s a lot harder than she makes it look” — something she acknowledged in the caption.
