    1. The thing that’s funny about bear traps is they don’t actually hurt the bear their muscles are so dense that they can tank the force but if it was a human it would snap like an uncooked spaghetti noodle

    2. This is kinda like Tucker and dale vs evil, like I haven’t seen the movie but it looks like she’s being a dick to these people who have been nothing but kind, like yeah ok I don’t want your redneck weirdo help, I want my leg completely severed, like what.

    3. I mean, you move out in the middle of nowhere, and your neighbors have traps set up. I aint gonna have that big of a problem with that. And they seem pretty good for the most part. However, coming to my door and pointing a gun directly at you. Yeah, I will have a problem with that. Other than that, they seem pretty chill. At least from these scenes, but what I don't get is, if they're out in the middle of nowhere, how would they hear the window break? That's one question I need to know i mean, like their house is gotta be at least a mile apart, right?

    4. I worked on this movie. During the bunker scenes the motor for the big ventilation fan broke 5 mins in and I had to spin the fan by hand for a majority of those scenes. Good times.

    5. Trust me I've been a trapper for all my life and that's not how steel jaws (or bear traps) work. They close fast around the animals leg and they hold tightly, so much so that some animals are known to chew off their own leg to try and get out. They definitely hurt the animal, but most don't have spikes. Once again Hollywood gets things completely wrong.
