Kris Marshall, who played Colin Frissell in the iconic 2003 Christmas film, visited the Golden Lion in Fareham after looking up where you could watch the game in the town.

The star was visiting the town to watch a friend of his perform at Fareham Live.
Owner of the pub, Jamie Jewell, said: “It was a surprise.
“He apparently googled where to watch the England game and decided to come to my pub.”
Jamie added that the actor is “a really nice bloke” and he hopes that he will visit the pub again.
While at the pub, the star posed for pictures with Jamie and his husband Steve before they watched England defeat the Democratic Republic of the Congo 2-1 in the round of 32 knockout match.
Marshall also appeared in Death in Paradise and its spin-off Beyond Paradise.
