I get it but there are so many bigger things to get outraged over.
I don’t necessarily agree. We need to accept that our society produces people that sometimes need special considerations. I don’t particularly like either of those people, but realistically, whatever they do is going to draw the attention of A LOT of people. People care. They just do. It’s just the nature of our society. It seems silly to me to ignore that solely because you don’t like it.

I don’t live in New York so it doesn’t affect me at all, but yeah, I don’t understand why these people who have the money and capacity to rent a private island and flow everyone that they care about there NEED to fuck up every normal’s persons live for their private celebration.
When people have difficulties paying rent and put food on the table, it’s incredibly tone deaf.
It’s not specifically about Taylor, I have the same view about Bezzos. Your « dream wedding » should not be at the expense of regular people living their fucking life.
I’m okay with my street being closed down because there is a marathon or anything that has to do with living together, I don’t have the same view when rich people do it just because they can pay for it.
