CBS staff needs to quit en masse and start up a new online outlet or something. Call it “One Hour”.

No need to be anxious about it, the shows quality will (and arguably already has) absolutely drop as it veers to the hard right. Staff need to decide if they want to work for a right-wing propaganda outlet or not, that is their only choice now.

For me. It was accidentally logging on to CBS’s news page and seeing The Free Press section which is like Fox News ragebait. Sickening and terrifying that they are teamed with Paramount and Amazon. This juggernaut will be hard to destroy.
All part of the deliberate corrosion of trust in formerly trusted democratic institutions, from within, by newly installed, and cynical, leaders.
If those staff are anxious, they’re better off leaving cause it’s not going to get better. The quality was done for the moment the Ellison’s hired Weiss.
I, for one, enjoy watching Bari Weiss set Larry Ellison’s money on fire. Well, not actually watching it – rather, hearing about it from anywhere other than CBS.

Any journalists that are still there have long lost any shred of integrity they once had and are only there to collect paychecks until they close the doors at cbs news. They are an embarrassment to journalism and truth.
Weiss is a world class loser that is there to do one job and one job only, destroy the integrity of cbs news and turn it into another arm of the the Republican propaganda machine, and that’s exactly what she’s doing.
