Yawn. I’ll be impressed when she’s in a 2000 square foot cape house with no upgrades since 1975 and sells it for $500,000

I always wonder how they look when they’re not trussed up for sale. Are celebrities slobs like me?

    3. What a pretty house.

I love seeing celebs homes. My absolute favorite will always always be Vanessa Hudgens house that was in AD.

If only. My dream is to buy a giant piece of property and rescue all the animals.Ā

14 and 9 are still fairly young to be moving into a smaller space imo. Divorce announcement in 5… 4… 3… 2… 1…

I randomly have the same plaster faux taxidermy heads she does over the fireplace. (I have the same moose, but also a ram and deer.)

Dang I live in this area, I did not know they live here full timeĀ

“She said she doesn’t know the construction cost.”

      Lol, must be nice.

If I were given a free 10mil to buy any house in the world, this would not make the top 999,999,999. I mean, rural Utah? 15 miles to get to a “city” that has a population barely double of that of my high school? With THOSE cabinets? Idk.

It’s very pretty but I always flinch when a pool is just open and unprotected like that. Hopefully it’s got one of those automatic cover things.

Alot of celebrities are selling their homes lately.

I think a majority of them are having financial issues. That’s just my theory with no hard Credence.

    11. The rooms look like they are all from different houses there is no design through line

    12. ā€œShe said she doesn’t know the construction costsā€ must be fawking nice.

I watch someone on YouTube who was in the celeb industry and she said Katherine Heigl destroyed her own career by treating everyone around her like shit. It’s why she was in so many movies and then seemingly dropped off the face of the earth. Not surprised she has to downsize her home.

    14. that’s wild, this is literally across the street from my former troubled teen boarding school

They can’t afford that joint anymore. She has several partnerships, but I don’t think they generate a lot of income. She had a large herd of horses at one point, Lucitano and Andalucians. Those creatures are expensive, and the upkeep alone must burn through money like crazy.
I don’t think she was ever meant to be a big star long-term, regarless of controversies. She is depleting her savings.

Utah is burning down with tons of wildfires and drought conditions have only gotten worse. I would try to sell my mountain home too before it’s gets burned down within the next 5 years

That’s a long walk from the pool to the house. Knowing me, I’d make about 8 trips before ever getting in the water. And then would realize I forgot a towel.

What’s the difference between a $1m dollar home and a $10m dollar home? $1m can get you a nice house in a great area but I see these $10m homes and sometimes the difference doesn’t equate to 9 extra million dollars. Like yes it’s obviously a gorgeous home but how is it ten million dollars worth?
