      this is cruel and unusual. if we had another court this would be fucking overturned so fast. absolutely disgusting. absolutely fucking appalling.

      i work in public defense and these prisoners are going to be sexually assaulted when they are moved into population with prisoners who are not their gender. this is intentionally designed to torture these humans.

      Let me guess, they are saying they can’t use tax payer dollars. For reference, hrt meds are some the absolute cheapest drugs on the market and the state makes money hand over fist with prison slave labor.

      I once got huge withdrawal symptoms from coming off of zyrtec. Taking people off medications without any support is insane. Taking them off serious life saving medications like hormones are orders of magnitude more insane
