The Botox and hair transplant is not a good look, but if he’s into it go for it.

    2. It makes me happy when men find a hair solution that works for them. I wish less people would give them crap when they try to feel more confident. If a balding woman was wearing a wig, not many people would try to shame or bully her. We should give men with hair loss the same grace.

I like how he doesn’t comment on the hair but credits IF and keto 🤣🤣🤣 sure buddy it’s the weight loss that totally makes you unrecognizable 🤣😍😘

He looks so much younger! Good on him for taking care of his health and doing the self care he wants. His hair looks great too.

And I’m assuming hair plugs? He looks great but I never would have recognized him as Louis!!

    7. Good for him, hope he did this in a positive way because intense (immermittent) fasting gets my attention

I normally cringe when men get work done because they end up looking kind of like your rich auntie who is divorced three times but this guy looks GOOD! You can see there’s some work done (besides the obvious new rug) but he did it well, looks like himself just a bit younger. Well done whomever his team was

Intermittent fasting and keto are way easier to follow on a GLP-1.

Like at least be fully honest.

    10. I say this all the time. I had no idea my face was puffy until I stoped drinking alcohol.

I’ve got no issue with hair transplant; but this just didn’t turn out well.

    12. I hate when celebrities lie…it’s quite obvious that it wasn’t just intermittent fasting and no alcohol. It was probably some glp, maybe some botox, and a hair transplant. He looks great just wish people were more honest about their transformation. I’ve been dieting and excerising for months and the progress is there just slow.

We, as a society, really like to consistently overlook the damaging effects of alcohol, even if only drank occasionally in social settings.

Give it up for a month or two. See how you feel. To be clear, NO judgment on others for drinking. I’ve started to like being the DD.

But I’m not going back to drinking. At all. It feels soooo good. I’m sleeping better, more regulated body temperature, and many other benefits.
