Banks are officially required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) to report any cash transaction over $10,000 using a Currency Transaction Report. However, banks must report suspicious activities or transactions involving more than $5,000 by filing a Suspicious Activity Report.
People hating on carmella when she used the money to invest so she could sell it if tony dies and have something for their family because she had seen tons of mob wives goes bankrup
He knew that she knew he was cheating on her when he saw that obvious broken nail. That's why he didn't start the argument of her stealing his money. They stabbed each other's back and acted like nothing happened. He mentioned it later in later fight of stealing money from bird's feeder but whatever…happened there
This very moment really does show that Carmella didn't ever learn the actual value of money. Yes, Tony is super rich but rich people become rich by knowing exactly where their money is and what they do with it. $40,000 is an insane amount of money to take and then to think he wouldn't notice is even crazier
Tony have Carmela the world, nice home, clothes, jewelery and cars, how did she respond? Talking his money and cheating on him with a Reverend (almost). Paulie had to get her a blender, I mean how much more betrayal can he take?
I've never watched this show. Why did she steal the money from her husband? Why didn't she just ask him for it? It looks like they're living pretty large so why steal it?
He made a ton of money. But, he spent it like water. Generally on whores. If he got knocked off, she’d have a house she can’t afford and nothing else. He couldn’t invest money in legitimate vehicles because it could be scrutinized by the government. So, basically, they live on 100% cash. Trust me. I know what im talking about. Been there. Done that.

Imagine being so rich, they don’t steal $20 bills or $50 or $100, they steal in the 4-5 digits and ending in “K” type of $.
$50k for her future security and peace of mind…
People think people were more inclusive or DEI friendly the further we go back in history. 🤦♂️
Even after stealing that money Carmela is way better wife than Skyler White
He was a liar and a cheater so I don’t feel bad for him lol
He was cheating. He didn't deserve anything.
