It is mindblowing to me just how stratospherically popular they were in such a short amount of time. Wannabe came out in 1996 and then Geri left the band in May 1998. 2 years, and they had albums, a movie, doll lines, suckers, etc. And we gobbled it all up!

Who else had their friend group dress up like the Spice Girls for Halloween? I was Ginger Spice (not a redhead 😅)
The story of the band is a real girl power story🔥 If someone of you dont know their story, i suggest you to take a look because those ladies really changed the game back then bringing up the girl power

Will never forget seeing Spice World in theaters or going to their reunion show at MSG in 2009, what a freakin banger of a concert. The ultimate girl group, not sorry.
