I love her for this
I still love the episode with the bell choir. We recently tried out a new church-that happens to have a bell choir- and when they played their beautiful song, all I could think of was Eye of the Tiger on bells. 😂

She’s so right about the chemistry… it makes the whole show.
Everything is so much more funny because we believe the chemistry, and it feels like laughing along with an actual group of friends. So many sitcoms are fine, but lack the same level of chemistry.
The only other series I feel the same with is HIMYM, but I’m sure there are others… but I haven’t watched Friends or a few other major ones.
Winston was my favorite character.
Wow, she is staying in the Jess character for life. Most pro wrestlers don't have this commitment. Is this like a Batman/Bruce Wayne thing, like Bruce Wayne is the alias and Batman is the actual person, is Zooey actually the character and Jess is the real identity?
I am sorta joking, but not completely. I have rewatched this show an embarrassingly large amount of time. Like Lord of The Rings fanboy level amount of times.
Damn I thought her characters voice was annoying, I guess she wasnt acting.
Winston realizing he's colorblind when Schmidt asks him what color he thinks he is is my favorite joke in the entire show.
Nick reacting to Russell's house, first calling a hallway braggy and then completely changing his tune when he sees Russell's office has to be the second funniest moment. His descriptions of what it smells like allude to Nick becoming a writer later on. "He smells like string coffee and going to see a man about a horse."
In my best Samuel L Jackson…"say 'like' one more time!'"
Yuck saviour complex
The very first time I watched the show, it gave me the impression that the character of Coach had been rewritten.
I don’t know where I’d be without any of the characters
He made that show. Not saying it wasn't good without Winston but I would've deffo dropped it before he showed up and miss him every episode he didn't prominently feature in.
The only thing I know about that show is dance money
wow she seems insufferable, the funniest thing about new girl is that jess is universally seen by fans as the worst character and now i think people are starting to realize that zooey is is also the worst cast mate.
jake, max, lamorne, hannah and even damon have all done each others podcasts or done other content together and the one person who hasn’t appeared with any of them in anything post show is zooey. that’s not a coincidence
Does she freaking age? Heck she looks younger
Early Winston wasn’t my cup of tea but something shifted and he became essential for me
and thank god for that. Winston was the only funny character
Keep in mind, she's actually Blonde. She just keeps dying it dark
Winston, even though he was outlandish, kind of seemed like the normal one compared to everything going on around him in the loft. He seemed like a member of the audience living in the story.
Winston was my favourite. In the beginning I only saw him as Damon's replacement but he quickly became my favourite.
I wonder if Donald Glover was considered for Winston.
She communicates very poorly
New girl its one of the fee shows that have the bravery to have 2, "one black character"
She still looks the same like she did in the first episode.
I’m glad she went to bat for Lamorne. I liked him from the start and found myself wishing they’d give his character more to work with. Thankfully they realized what they had and started writing good material for him.
I didn't like Winston. Coach and Winston switch IDK it didn't work for me really. IDK. Both actors themselves are great, but what they did w/ the characters were odd.
Winston was really the best.
She's trying so hard not to say she "discovered" them. I like her, but this clip was very very hard to get through
