Hollywood power couple Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are selling their longtime Los Angeles estate on the market for $10.5 million.
They bought the property in Brentwood’s exclusive Mandeville Canyon neighborhood in 2013 for $6.1 million, according to property records, and raised their son and daughter there.
In another part of town, Kylie Jenner has slashed the asking price of her concrete mansion in Los Angeles.
The cosmetics mogul and reality star, 28, is now seeking $38.5 million for the concrete residence in Holmby Hills—$9.5 million less than the $48 million it hit the market for in December.
