I find this kind of open discussion of the impact of fame very interesting.

Wow!! I’m surprised at the candidness and self-actualization that he’s expressing. I appreciate his awareness that fame has absolutely rewired who he is.

    3. In the UK the old adage for famous people about how detached from “real life” they are is to ask them how much it costs for a loaf of bread or a pint of milk or a single bus fare lol

What pod is this? Seems like it would be a fascinating interview/conversation in its entirety.

On that note… I gotta plug that Mick will be on Conan O’Briens pod tomorrow and I cannot wait for that.

We were not meant to be known by millions of people.

    7. I honestly thought the interviewer was gonna ask about the “DIET COKE” bit but they’re a better person than I, that was a really good interview.

Bold question to be asked by the interviewer but it paid off big time.

It’s interesting that he still has the exact same hairstyle he’s had his entire professional life. Other celebrities will sometimes switch up their looks, but for some reason he never did. I know its partly because it’s his signature style, but even Jennifer Aniston stopped getting The Rachel at a certain point
