    1. He repeatedly says they aren’t fans and they dont disagree with him so why did you write multiple times that he was doing this to fans?

    2. DustlandFairytale_ on

Variety continues to be weird as fuck about POC. These are clearly not ā€œfansā€ as the article states multiple times. They even acknowledge Hudson saying they are not fans later in the same article lmao

Anyways, Hudson handled this well imo. Aura wise it would have been cool if his lighter worked, but either way good for him for standing up to these fucks.

    3. ā€œHop on your little…bike. šŸ˜ā€ I know this is more serious but that sent me. 😭

    4. Unusual-Ad4890 on

These aren’t fans. These autographs will end up on Ebay about 2 minutes after they get them. Vultures.

    5. hamsterdanceonrepeat on

I feel like this is the normal reaction of someone who was a regular person just last year and has now seen first hand how insane these people are.

Also fuck Variety for pretending these guys are fans.

    6. Square_Lobster1328 on

We’ve gotta start a GoFundMe to get Hudson a working lighter šŸ˜šŸ˜‚ but go off King šŸ™Œ

    7. heart_charm2009 on

Following someone to their home crosses a line. I don’t blame him for snapping.

    8. Ok_Interaction3792 on

Someone pointed out his shaking hands. I am genuinely distressed. He handled that so well while the scalpers were making fun of him. I definitely would not have been able to handle that

    9. Dude got thrust in the limelight overnight. That’s intense. Not all actors want to be uber famous. Charlie Hunnam was the original Christian Grey and he ultimately turned it down out of fear of fame. SOA already put him on the map and he didn’t like it. When you’re an actor with a handful of credits and suddenly your show takes off. It’s a lot. It’s now a slow burn, it’s overnight chaos.

Regardless or new fame or seasoned fame. Aggressive paparazzi, autograph seekers and fans can cause huge safety issues. Just because someone has a public facing job doesn’t mean they have to be accessible 24/7. Like can you imagine pumping your own gas only to be harassed and photographed. Truly disturbing.

Haven’t we learned by now? Just enjoy people’s art and let them live in peace. Dudes on vacation and being harassed.

    10. Honestly, once you follow someone to their home, you lose any right to act offended by their reaction.

    11. Good. For. Him.

The amount of shit that he has gone through since the show coming out from crazy obsessed racists is fucking ludicrous. The stalking both physically and digitally, the online attacks his girlfriend has received from crazy fans that ship him and Conor. It’s just been one thing after another, it must be exhausting.

It’s incredible how people don’t have a sense of shame when they’re literally being shooed away like stray dogs. Baby, do literally anything else with your time. Following someone around IN THIS HEAT so you can make a posting on eBay for an amount that probably won’t even cover your half of the rent is not worth it.

    12. GOOD FOR HIM!!!! There’s another video of one of those guys waiting for him at his hotel at past midnight shouting ā€œshame on you Hudsonā€ for refusing to sign autographs that late. Those are vultures/stalkers.

    13. Lonely_Cheesecake273 on

Poor Hudson. I’d say good for him but he probably isn’t stoked that he reacted like this. Unfortunately everyone knows if you react to the paparazzi you’re just giving them more fuel 😭

Also @OP please edit the description as these are NOT fans. And the variety article lists them as autograph hounds.

    14. Autograph hounds are so weird to me. I don’t really understand autographs in general, because why would I want someone’s signature on a random piece of paper?
I go to a lot of Broadway shows, and whenever there’s a big name from outside the Broadway world, you start seeing the same autograph people show up at the stage door every night. It happens constantly with Daniel Radcliffe. You’ll see random middle-aged men and women camping out with Harry Potter posters and stacks of stuff for him to sign. I don’t think people realize how aggressive these guys can be.

The actors clearly know who they are too, because they’ll usually avoid taking anything from them. I remember seeing the exact same thing when Andrew Garfield was doing *Angels in America* a few years ago.

    15. His angry, repeated failed attempts to light that huge stack with a pocket lighter are unfortunately, hilarious

    16. plumsfromyouricebox on

Those autograph chasers who are always outside the celebs hotels and appearances are so weird to me. Do people even buy their stuff?

    17. Hefty_Loss5180 on

He was mad enough to be shakin. People are fucking weird… don’t go following folks.

    18. Beautiful-Visual4606 on

Why post where he stays? Is he still staying there? Would be pretty f*cked to post that.

    19. Sarcastikarma on

Variety was begging him to be on their show and at the emmys lol. I hope he snubs them and give his exclusives to other publications now because to watch this video and frame him in a bad light is insane.

    20. ruby_heart21 on

Can’t really blame him. Following someone to their home isn’t being a fan, it’s being a nuisance.

    21. October_13th on

Poor Hudson. The media around him has been such trash lately. And now this. He seems really stressed in this video. I really don’t envy his nor Storrie’s sudden rise to fame like this. It looks extremely difficult and taxing. šŸ™

    22. heavenstobetsie on

As he should. And of course the stalker dude is wearing those bloody meta glasses

    23. Good for him, you can tell he is irritated. Gonna keep an eye on how people react to this vs how they acted to Chappell..

    24. TheElusiveHolograph on

I said it before and I’ll say it again. If I ever get famous, you won’t catch me outside of my home without full facial prosthetics, a wig, sunglasses, and a body suit filled with pads to hide my figure.

    25. sadnessandeuphoria on

I don’t really like this guy and this was a totally valid crash out. The people who do this are scum.
