Hey, he talks about behavioral activation at the beginning here! Warms my behavioral psychologist heart!

    2. Its been a long time since I’ve heartbroken over a celebrity death 😞 all the stories I’ve heard about him he seemed like a genuinely great man.

If anyone plans on watching any Sam Neill movies highly recommend Possession. One of my favourite horror movies.

    3. That’s honestly solid advice. It’s so easy to tie your entire identity to what you do for work.

Very true, I had a life altering career change and during the between time jobs I was lost. You forget who you are as you become the position and once the position is gone. So goes the identity that accompanies it. My experience anyway.
