The Vampire Diaries alum was spotted sharing a sweet moment with model and entrepreneur Dougie Joseph during a stroll through New York City, nearly a year after her split from former fiancé Shaun White. Dobrev wore a navy slip dress and matching Ralph Lauren baseball cap, while Joseph wrapped his arm around her, held her hand and kissed her on the cheek.
