    Hilary Duff, 38, recently detailed what cosmetic procedures she’s had done over the years—including the treatment she makes husband Matthew Koma get with her. “I love Botox. I’m obsessed with microneedling and salmon sperm [facials],” Duff told People in an interview published July 6. “It works so well. I’m making my husband do it. He’s obsessed. He loves it.” The Lizzie McGuire alum also shared how her beauty routine had changed as a mom of four, explaining that her kids come first and that she now has only a few minutes to get ready.       Good for her for being transparent. So sick of celebrities saying “oh, I just use normal stuff” 😂 at least she’s admitting she spends a lot of time and money to look like that.

      Microneedling is not bad. It's also available in our country and it's very affordable for the work and business class in our country and it's done by Professionals in Windhoek, Swakop etc. Botox is also available but it's a NO 👎🏾 for me.
