Capt. Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger III, who rose to fame in 2009 with “Miracle on the Hudson” plane landing, shared that he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in August 2025. Speaking with People July 14, he said, “It is early stage. For now, this means a name may not come easily to me, I forget a story I have recently told, or I don’t sleep as well. We will never forgot what he did even if one day he doesn’t remember. And those he saved and their descendants will always know who they have to thank for their lives.

He needs to talk to Dr. Dale Bredesen and join this doctor's program. He may reverse the dementia if he does this.
