I don’t know how I’d react if I saw a celebrity in public I was actually a fan of.
Lived all 31 years of my life in NYC and haven’t run into one single celebrity in public :/ and I travel throughout the city constantly. Actually I did run into that loser Dave Portnoy and realized we were basically neighbors.
I have zero desire to ask a celebrity for a photograph? Am I weird that I don’t really understand it? I’d much rather say hi and have the opportunity to chat with them.
Good for Harry. I’ve seen celebrities out before and been desperate to interact with them somehow but then I check myself, remember they’re a person and leave them the hell alone.
Unless a celebrity is clearly very open and engaging and inviting fans to interact with them, it’s just rude and awkward to accost them. Someone like Harry who’s clearly covered practically his whole head is not wanting the attention.
I don’t know, people get nervous in these situations. It was a bit rude, he addressed it. Doesn’t really seem like something she needs to be dragged on the internet for, maybe we can have some grace for people sometimes.
Mind you I’ve never heard one fan interaction of him being anything but pleasant, how stupid and rude do people have to be😒

It’s been a long time since I felt such second hand embarrassment. Love that he did that, not sure she even clocked it.
So weird to me that the first thought is to lean in for a photo without even attempting a hello, why would you want that sort of interaction for yourself?
