      I still play this song’s first few seconds occasionally whenever I realize I messed up to myself. That intro is just so thematically perfect LOL

      I was surprised when Fergie dropped this because I thought of her as a Pop act but this beat hit harder than a lot of the Crunk and Snap songs of that era. It has aged beautifully too.

      My hs teacher looked identical to fergie here except she had black hair and was really nerdy/conservatively dressed. As fergie got more popular during this time(2004-2006), every boy including myself drooled in class would be mesmerized by our teacher. One time she bent over and we saw her whale tail and my friends and I talked about it for probably a month straight.

      My 7 year old daughter is just now discovering all the early 2000s pop girlies and our weekend morning cleaning time has become so much more fun!
