    1. I had never heard about red at weddings (I'm over 60 and have heard it all) until someone here in Paris mentioned it recently. It may be a Parisian thing or most likely something new invented by young people.

    2. i haaaate a white t-shirt under a suit,, literally it'd be better to have nothing just the jacket … i think its such a british thing to do that but it looks so terrible

    3. The first blue dress reminds of the speak now blue dress Taylor wore at the Eras Tour, it’s basically the same shade of light blue and the way the crystals move around is very similar, likely intentionally

    4. Taylor confirmed that there were no bridesmaids, so the matching dress was just a coincidence! Abigail is easily the MOST iconic of Taylor's hometown friends thanks to this line in her song Fifteen (2008): "You sit in class next to a red-head named Abigail, And soon enough you're best friends."

    5. Selena Gomez ATE and i love that both Selena and Taylor wore black dresses for the dinner before the wedding and white/gold dresses for each others wedding day. so sweet.

    6. Long time subscriber. I love you Luke, you entertain me and have taught me so much !
Thank you for talking about dressing appropriately for an occasion! I still remember being 8 years old when my great grandmother passed away….. crying because I loved her very much but then being so furious because I saw some man at her funeral in a pair of SHORTS and a TANK TOP 😡 even my child mind knew how disrespectful it was and have never forgotten it!!!!!
No you don’t have to have on the most expensive clothes but being appropriate does matter.

    7. Not particularly impressed by any of these outfits (especially the ones praised by Luke, sorry). And should I ever get married, I'd rather the wedding guests wear light shades or white than some of these creations that feature more cutouts than fabric. I don't care if it's Chanel, the red sparkly thing does not belong at a wedding

    8. You are not supposed to be wearing white because is both a bridal color in the west and a mourning color in some parts of the east. You are not supposed to were red because it is considered the most attention seeking color in the west and a bridal color in many other cultures. You are not supposed to wear black because it’s boring and it is also the universal color of death nowadays ! But the reality is that if the bride doesn’t give a shit about the color you put on then you can put whatever color you want ! I went to a wedding where the dress code was white , everyone was wearing white !
