Craig Melvin BREAKS SILENCE on TODAY Security Scare
‘Today’ co-anchor Craig Melvin breaks his silence on camera, one day after a 30 Rock intruder allegedly broke into a secure area and lunged at him while yelling a racial slur. The suspect, 41-year-old Andrew Truelove, is now facing three felony hate crime charges, plus a harassment violation. ‘Today’ tells ET, ‘We are reviewing the incident and our security protocols and remain committed to providing a safe and secure environment for everyone who works at and visits our studios.’ One security guard has already been fired.
