Brenda Fricker, ‘Home Alone 2’s Pigeon Lady, Dead at 81

Brenda Fricker, an Oscar-winning actress who was best known for her role as the pigeon lady in ‘Home Alone 2: Lost in New York,’ has died. She was 81 years old. Brenda’s agent confirmed the news of her death came after a ‘period of ill health.’ While Brenda was celebrated for her role in the holiday classic, she racked up over 100 credits on film and TV, including ‘Angels in the Outfield,’ ‘A Time to Kill’ and ‘My Left Foot,’ for which she won an Oscar in 1990.
