    1. I saw this same post on pop culture yesterday, and I am curious if the comment section will be less transphobic over here.

Edit: Definitely a better vibe here. I commented on the pop culture Reddit and got told I should not be surprised because 80% of the pop is transphobic.

Sadly, there are many straight women who are bigots and date bigots so the idea that bigoted men stay single isn’t really true. White women specifically have consistently voted against gay rights for decades. They’ve also voted against their own rights for decades, so its not as though they are deep thinkers.

LMAO this headline is iconic. I want it on a shirt.

      Love you Elliot ❣️

    4. He was amazing in his role too!! In a great movie with such a stacked cast with limited screen time his big scene was one of my favorites

    5. Indeed. I don’t know how miserable of a person you have to be to see people thriving, and to have your own instincts being to project your own misery on them.

Like, you should invest in a mirror and do some self reflection.

I’ve always liked Elliot and I’m glad to see him thriving and getting roles like this and that he has people in his corner. I don’t know when I’ll be able to see the film, but I do want to see it. I know we’ve been through what feels like an endless promo cycle, but at least it’s not as long as the Wicked one.

    6. He’s so cool. It just proves you’re sometimes born with coolness and these loser are mad they aren’t anywhere cool, talented, or just happy with themselves. It’s been 5 1/2 years, like these losers hating on him need to get a life.

I mean that headline is both a banger, and the unbridled truth.

My country just went through asking for bill submissions over a transphobic “gender definitions bill” and all parliamentary submissions are open to the public, I’m grateful close to 90% of the submissions call it shit, but the 10% still pissed me off, I read about a doctor with a trans son who she described as “confused” and an LGB organisation that said the right to sexual orientation labels would be muddied. It’s not just the ignorance we expect, there are actually so many stupid fucks. Let people live their lives, and be kind. It’s truly not that complex.

    9. Happy for his gf…she’s stunning…I’m so happy Elliot is happy…but it should have been ME

    10. I can’t believe transphobes were throwing a fit over him playing Achilles this whole time and he’s not even playing Achilles

i have loved him since i watched juno as a teenager and i wish nothing but the best for him. i’m glad he seems unbothered by all this vile hate people are sending his way, because he absolutely doesn’t deserve it for just existing as a trans man. i don’t intend to catch this movie in the theater, but i will watch it at some point and i’m happy to hear he did a great job.
