They have four children: Benjamin, 31; his older brother Stephen, 34; and his two younger sisters, Isabel, 29, and Ella, 26. Beatty doesn’t just come from actor parents – he comes from a whole actor dynasty. He is a nephew of Shirley MacLaine, the renowned six-time Golden Globe winner, and cousin to her daughter Sachi Parker, who’s known for her appearances across television and film, such as in the iconic Christmas movie Scrooged (1988).
Not surprisingly, Beatty was exposed to the industry from an early age. In 2004 his mother shared with People magazine how she often took her children on set, including in different countries where she filmed. “They get a chance to see the world in a way that you don’t if you’re just a tourist,” the actress said.
