    1. Historically inaccurate the British was the one who sent their ships to destroy the African slave trade for 200 f**** years the pirates were the captains of those ships once they've destroyed all the slaves they didn't have a job so they ended up stealing from Spain and whatnot that's where the pirates came from

    2. One of the best movies ever made. All five, have everything you look for in a movie. I believe Disney really screwed the pooch with that ultimatum to Depp. They could have easily made two more movies.πŸ€”πŸ€”

PS. If you paid attention to the movies. The backstory was told in other ways. Jack was a pirate first and had that boat. Beckett had the P branding iron that's on Jack's wrists. Davey Jones repeats the deal with Jack. But, were you really watching? Jack made his deal with Beckett and Jones after he became a captain. How do we know? Because Salazar, a dead man told a tale…
How nice is this movie, it's supposed to be β€œ Dead Man Tell No Tales.
I mean, there are just so many things in this movie that are beautifully crafted into the dialogue and the CGI. It is really one of the best movies ever made.πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ”₯😒

    3. Maybe it was deleted cause it was so many things wrong with that scene.East India company never did slaves.West India company may have done. But they were actually disbanded and moved out. Also, it was the British ships who actually stopped the American slave ships, not the other way around. But hey , what's history when you're an american

    4. And historically pirates were known to free slaves, not out of goodness, it was a complicated "good" to be sold in the illegal market. Many pirates were freed slaves that joined the ranks.

    5. πŸ˜‚ jesus christ this random image to dialog shit gotta slow down, he just said freed them and they show a black sprinter running full steam πŸ˜‚

    6. Yeah and this was meant to symbolise the British empire going around the world freeing slaves and stopping the slave trade. The easy India company were meant to represent nations like Lagos who refused to stop slavery and tried to burn the empire down but failed and only brought their doom in return.
