It’s so sad that people have to deliberately state “I’m a human and I deserve to be treated as such.” And even then, not everyone is going to listen. I admire these athletes and their courage, and I hope they continue to fight for change

I feel so broken knowing I get to watch the match in my home, far away from the suffering.
It really messes me up with my perspective, which is good. We can’t get too comfortable nor afford to forget the atrocities happening on Gaza. I’m hoping for a better tomorrow for them, and for politicians to listen so things can change.
