OMG I saw this in theaters and thought Ellar Coltrane was SO CUTE and wrote a 30k word fanfic about him LMAOO
I remember my friend and I were let down by the movie because we expected something crazy to happen.
Really great movie I graduated HS the year the movie came out, and it’s just a time capsule for me.
Wow, Ethane Hawke looks basically the same but with a beard.

I love this movie. Between this and the Before trilogy, Ethan Hawke and Richard Linklater have really given me so much.

They should do a sequel but make it an update of the Taboo series.
Helluva gamble for it to turn out the kid can’t act.
It was an alright film. Amazing that the cast met up throughout the twelve years to film. I thought that part was creative and quite a commitment for all involved.
For a second I thought Linklater was supposed to be Ellar Coltrane and was very concerned.
