The Ultimatum’s Blake Arrested for Alleged Assault, Case Dismissed | E! News
After filming wrapped on season four of The Ultimatum, contestant Blake Robertson was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Hayley Hendrich, who told TMZ she declined to press charges. Robertson appears on the currently streaming fourth season of the Netflix reality series, in which one partner gives the other an ultimatum: get married or break up. He and Hendrich entered the series as a couple, with Robertson issuing the ultimatum. According to an arrest record viewed by E! News, Robertson was arrested in October 2025 in Nacogdoches, Texas, following an incident in which he allegedly put his hands on Hendrich. His attorney, Sean Hightower, told TMZ, “Blake’s case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged.” When contacted by E! News for comment, Robertson said, “Everything my attorney has said is correct. The case was dismissed within a month. Hayley signed the affidavit. We are still in contact today. Wow I’m just watching the show now 😢
Watching the Ultimatum…….I can almost see how Hayley would wind someone up so tight they would blow. She even frustrated me and I am a woman with a soft heart. I have a really hard time with him assaulting her (I dont believe in that at all) but I also wouldnt put it past Hayley to make something seem bigger that it was. With that being said, abuse is never a good thing. I dont support it at all. I’d be gone in 1 second if someone even tried……….It would be nice to know what the whole story was. I doubt we will ever know that.
