Stretch those legs and take part in the Black Sabbath trail, taking in spots all around the city.
Maps are available at Birmingham Library and handed out at New Street Station.
The trail includes the Black Sabbath bench on Broad Street, the museum’s exhibition, the mural on Navigation Street, Ozzy the Bull, The Crown pub – where the pre-Sabbath unknowns Earth played their first gig in 1969 – as well as the Aston Villa store and Selfridges, which have some special merch.
Independently, an Ozzy Walk has been organised, raising money for the homeless, from Villa Park to the Black Sabbath bench. It starts at 10:00 from the mural next to the Holte pub, on Trinity Road, next to the stadium.
