Ahead of her 57th birthday, the “On the Floor” took a look back at her recent performance during Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda show in Sicily—and she finished off her parade of bejeweled stage outfits with a gilded crown and a completely sheer black lace bodysuit dripping with gold hardware.

In an Instagram photo dump shared on July 19, Lopez kicked off the carousel with a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the fifth and final look she wore during the surprise Taormina show. In a nod to the event’s “goddesses and mortals” theme, the multi-hyphenate memorably put herself somewhere in the middle as she was carried out on stage in a custom Dolce & Gabbana black Chantilly lace bodysuit on July 16.
In her new photo, Lopez could be seen on a balcony standing against the backdrop of the ocean as she shared a daytime glimpse at the ensemble. The Sicilian sun glinted off the Office Romance actress’s ornate gold chain harness, which featured intricate floral-inspired designs framing her chest and hanging down her torso.

The star paired the Alta Moda Sardegna 2024 collection piece with matching gold bangle bracelets and a dramatic long black tulle veil, which was lavishly embroidered with gold thread. A gold crown set with black gemstones added some extra shine and sartorial drama to her look.

Lopez embraced her penchant for lingerie dressing with her plunging black bodysuit, which she framed with a matching black lace garter belt embellished with gold “DG” hardware. The “Waiting for Tonight” singer kept the boudoir style theme going with a pair of nude fishnets layered with clipped sheer black thigh-high tights.
In contrast to the high-octane glamour of her hair and makeup during the show, Lopez opted for a fresh-faced beauty look and effortless locks in her new photo. She posed with her eyes closed as if meditating, raising her hands on each side.
