Who will be next to pay the bills of Sue Chrysanthou? She sustains the Australian media cycle.

    2. Just some colloquial context – the Australian legal system takes defamation cases very seriously, especially those involving public figures (usually its politicians that are involved though, not general celebrities), so this isn’t actually a very surprising outcome.

      >Ghost claims Wilson played a role in creating smear websites that called her the “Indian Ghislaine Maxwell,” a reference to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s former partner, now jailed for her role in trafficking young girls to his home. Wilson has denied having anything to do with it.

deranged white behaviour. unsurprising that the baldoni team were on this and had exactly the same malicious childish vibe

      >”It can be really really harsh… making her a madam basically,” Ms Nathan texted Ms Case.
“Oh my god lol ok this one will be fun,” Ms Case replied in a text.

    4. As an Australian this is a baffling decision. It makes zero sense within the judgment. (People didn’t believe Rebel because she’s not trustworthy. Oh but the court believes Rebel who said Charlotte complained and then changed her story. Over Charlotte)

Taken into account with the Brittany Higgins decision I’m so confused.

Really interesting read. Australian and former law student. Defamation is a tricky one here especially after the rush case.

    6. Rebel was popping off on instagram accusing this actress of being a sex worker how tf is that not defamation?

Defamation is a hard thing to prove in a court of law.

Yes, she won, but her secret is out and this is going to be a nail in her career’s coffin.
