Some of the biggest names in sports, music, and fashion, converged in New York City for Fanatics Fest over this past weekend. While many took part in all of the fun the festival had to offer, it was at the exclusive 40/40 Club, JAŸ-Z’s invite-only lounge, where the top celebrities were hanging out.

LeBron James, Kevin Hart, Travis Scott, Tom Brady, and many more household names made appearances at the exclusive venue over the three days it was open. JAŸ-Z is co-owner of the 40/40 Club and is also co-founder and investor in Fanatics Betting and Gaming, making this a perfect crossover event for the iconic rapper.

The name is inspired by baseball’s exclusive 40/40 club which requires players to hit 40 home runs and steal 40 bases in the same season. Just six players have ever accomplished this feat in MLB history: Jose Canseco, Barry Bonds, Alex Rodriguez, Alfonso Soriano, Ronald Acuna Jr., and Shohei Ohtani.

The 40/40 Club enacted at Fanatics Fest inside the Javits Centre was nearly a perfect replica of the now-closed 40/40 Club location which once existed in Flatiron. While fans outside couldn’t see inside, the walls were decorated with incredible sports memorabilia including signed jerseys from all six members of the MLB’s 40/40 club and other legendary athletes like Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan and more.

They also had several massive screens to watch any sports games on, including the World Cup which was taking place over this past weekend. There was also plenty of comfortable seating and a top-tier food and beverage service which included delicious bites and expensive liquors.

“If you’re a sports enthusiast, you want to go find somewhere where you’re going to capture a great view of the game…I think it’s definitely one of one,” said Sherwin Robinson, the vice president of operations at the 40/40 Club.

“Since we created the concept it’s always been service first. We couldn’t be successful for this length of time unless we had great service. No is never the answer, it’s always how can we find a solution to whatever the issue is or whatever your request is.”

The outside of the club was fit with a red carpet where celebrities posed and answered questions before heading inside. The sheer star power was out of control with Carlos Alcaraz, Floyd Mayweather, and others walking down the red carpet (which was actually blue) before entering the club.

The 40/40 Club pop-up at Fanatics Fest follows a trio of concerts by JAŸ-Z at Yankee Stadium in mid-July. JAŸ-Z’s July 11th show set a new record for tickets sold for a concert at the iconic venue. The run of shows celebrated the 30th anniversary of his debut album, Reasonable Doubt, and the 25th anniversary of The Blueprint.
