Porn Star Emily Willis Left Rehab With Brain Damage, Mom Granted $3M | E! News

The family of Emily Willis—a porn star who’s won multiple AVN Awards—will be receiving a $3 million settlement after she suffered “irreversible brain damage” while in rehab, per court documents. Willis entered Summit Malibu in January 2024 to seek treatment for a ketamine addiction and was found unconscious in her room days later. Her family alleged the facility failed to properly respond to her declining condition before paramedics performed CPR for 30 to 40 minutes and rushed her to a hospital. According to her family’s attorney, Willis now “cannot move her body” and lives with an anoxic brain injury “from which she will never recover.” Court documents show she will receive approximately $1.25 million after attorney’s fees and liens, while her mother will continue serving as her conservator.
