KJ Apa shares dark McDonald’s story from ‘Riverdale’ years

KJ Apa opened up about his struggles with drug addiction and a “gnarly” eating disorder. On the Wildmen” podcast, hosted by Dylan Sprouse, the now-29-year-old “Riverdale” actor told a disturbing story that involved urinating on food from McDonald’s and then “eating around the piss.” Apa also claimed his co-star, Cole Sprouse, once punched him in the face at a strip club as a wakeup call.
