Unfortunately if a mother is a CEO and a mother, it absolutely means she's not giving 100% to either, in turn she's not being the most abundant mother as well as she's not being the most abundant CEO!!! I garuntee her children want more time with her, likewise i garuntee the company she is a CEO of would be more successful if she focused more on her position than taking certain time off to raise her children or go to their events or take them on vacations.
