The Virgin Radio presenter, 60, is understood to have purchased the property through his company, Zimple, in November 2025.

Evans, who is married to Natasha Shishmanian, is said to have moved into the six-bedroom property with their four children.

According to property website Zoopla, the detached house features six bedrooms, six bathrooms and five reception rooms.

The purchase was made through Evans’ company, with a mortgage reportedly taken out through private bank Coutts.

The broadcaster has long-standing links to the Marlow area through friends including celebrity chef Tom Kerridge and Dragon’s Den star Peter Jones.

The Free Press previously reported on Evans’ purchase of another Marlow property in 2019.

Born in Warrington, Evans rose to prominence on Channel 4’s The Big Breakfast before going on to front hit shows including TFI Friday and the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show.

He now hosts the weekday breakfast programme on Virgin Radio and is the founder of CarFest, the motoring and music festival which raises millions of pounds for charity.

Evans also founded Ginger Media Group, which is understood to have sold for £225 million in 2000. He is reported to have received around £75 million from the deal.
