      This is the 2nd murder suicide I have read today with a child in the home. The previous child call 911 for the parents.

      I hope this isn’t too much of an aside but it infuriates me that there are whole swathes of discourse stoked by professional so-called pundits in pages of The Atlantic and on NYT podcasts who are posing serious-faced (& bad faith) questions like “did MeToo go too far?” as though somehow the pendulum swung way too far in the direction of feminism because, like, a handful of men maybe *felt like* they were made to feel guilty on behalf of their gender. Meanwhile, women are routinely killed and maimed by their partners. All. The. Time.

      But no, we’re too hard on men. They’re so lonely :'(

      It feels like we are seeing an increasing amount of these murders of wives, girlfriends, women, girls. I’ve seen several the past few days. I’m angry, sad, heartbroken.
