I feel like Nolan could sue since Elon has been making threats against the movie and telling people not to pay to see it.

Is this really considered a “leak”? It sounds like this was just a good quality cam recording and every big movie is going to have cams floating around on release.
“Leak” to me means something along the lines of the actual digital package sent to theaters was compromised and being shared.

People who watch bootleg movies were never going to pay for a ticket anyway. This is nothing new.
If anything, leaks actually help sell physical copies of the blu-ray because more people have seen it, and some of those people are collectors, and if they liked it, they will buy a real copy.
I am literally one of those people. I download shit and if it’s good, I will buy a copy.
