Talk about being at the right place at the right time. A brand new ice cream shop just opened at the Jersey Shore, and its location makes it an extra prime hot spot for celebrities.
Bruster’s Real Ice Cream just opened it’s newest location in New Jersey, located in Oceanport. However, the store itself is situated right on the former Fort Monmouth site.
So why does that matter? Aside from serving up some amazing ice cream, of which I had the privilege of watching them make (more on that below), they’re right up the road from the all-new Netflix facility that’s currently under construction.
Think about that for a moment. Big-name celebrities visiting Netflix for movie or TV shoots very likely will be stopping by Bruster’s for a quick sweet treat. How cool is that?

Trust me. This is ice cream you’re going to want to try. Not only do they have tons of flavors, they make it all fresh on-site with milk and cream sent directly from the farm.
But don’t just take my word on it. Owners Tina and Anthony take pride in the ice cream they serve up. In fact, they even let me see how they make their ice cream on-site (keep scrolling to check out the video).
Plus they have ice cream cakes, pies, kids options, and more. You absolutely have to stop by. The flavors are amazing!
