Paddington 4 film confirmed for development by studio with ‘A-list cast’

Thank god, because there aren’t enough sequels, prequels, remakes or reboots being made at the moment

I still haven’t seen Paddington 3…The original Paddington books (and the old stop-motion series) were a huge part of my childhood and I absolutely loved the first two films but I do wonder if they’re milking it a bit now. He’s such a lovely character though that unless they do something deranged it will be hard for this to be BAD, though, so I’m not too worried yet

EDIT: You guys are booing me but just understand that I love and care about Paddington and the sanctity of his character on a deeper and more intellectual level than you ever will xx

I’m happy that 4 is in development, 3 was the least good so far (by a considerable distance) but still watchable, I’m not really fussed about A list cast though, I’d settle for a good story.

The world needs this right now. I can’t wait to show my kid Paddington ❤️

I hope Hugh Grant character comes back.
I love these movies. They are just.. sweet and fun, costuming and sets are always great, and the actors seem to be having a blast.
