A death certificate has revealed new details in the passing of Ben and Casey Affleck’s mother, Chris Anne Affleck.
According to the document obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, the Oscar winner’s mother died from cardiopulmonary arrest at his Los Angeles home.
Contributing conditions included pancreatic adenocarcinoma, which she battled for months, per the outlet.

The document stated that Chris Anne was “visiting son’s residence” at the time of her death, which was reportedly listed as occurring at 10:52 a.m. on June 2.
According to Us Weekly, the records indicated that the address of her death is connected to the “Good Will Hunting” actor.
Per the outlet, no autopsy was performed, and at the time the certificate was filed, her remains were “in transit to Earth Funeral in Las Vegas.”
A rep for the “Armageddon” star, 53, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Tuesday.

The Hollywood Reporter was the first to report on Friday that Ben and Casey’s mom had “died peacefully in her sleep” at the age of 83 early last month.
The former teacher, according to an obituary, had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in December, and had been given six months to live.
Born in New York City in December 1942, Chris graduated from Harvard University and taught public school kids for three and a half decades before her 2008 retirement.
The proud mom of two — who welcomed sons Ben and Casey, now 50, during her marriage to then-husband Timothy Affleck — counted her actor sons as her “favorite young people,” per her obituary.

Timothy and Chris parted ways when Ben was a preteen.
Chris was survived by five grandchildren — the “Argo” star shares kids Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Sam, 14, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, while Casey shares grown children Indiana, 22, and Atticus, 18, with ex Summer Phoenix.
According to her obituary, Chris’ final wish was to see her grandson, Atticus, graduate from high school, which she did on May 31 alongside family members, just days before her passing.
