I bought cake like lady Gaga when it was on iTunes for like a few hours
Being a part of Gaga history will always be my greatest life achievement. The Aura leak was one of the best nights of my life… the fact that Gaga saw it and let us preview GUY, Mary Jane Holland, and the title track ARTPOP because of our Aura reactions… that was the ultimate moment of being a fan.
Artpop and Mariahs Glitter are two albums that flopped but I enjoyed and appreciated when they came out! But they still both went Platinum some artists never go platinum in their whole careers!
Actually, the vomit show was really about her wanting to make people feel disgust and shame like she felt when she was r* worded. She explains it in another interview what the true intentions was, it was much deeper than what she said in that interview you showed.
Well they definitely milked that act 2 for 10 years. Jesus.
Art Pop is really ahead of its time, even after her other albums. Lady Gaga has always stepped outside the box which no other artist has done, at least not at her level creatively

ARTPOP is so bittersweet for me. I adore the album itself and sometimes it even rivals Born This Way for my favorite Gaga album overall, yet sometimes it truly feels like this was the last time I saw the Lady Gaga I fell in love with in 2009. I even met her during the tour. Still such a surreal experience to me. It truly feels like she has never been the same since. One could hardly blame her for the hell the media put her through during that time. This album will always be so special to me. I even got a matching tattoo on my left wrist just like she has for the first anniversary in 2014. ARTPOP forever.
when ARTPOP came out i was in middle school bullied for being gay on a daily basis. it was hard to go to school but listening to this album literally saved my life. this album taught me so many things about myself and i will forever be thankful for that.

Love this video… just wanna say not sure if u know this, if u do, it was misleading in the video – “nothing on but the radio” is not from artpop era – that song was recorded wayyy back in like 08-09 era. I remember listening to it from the fame era as a leak I downloaded.

I only listened to this album fully for the 1st time last month. Back when it was released I completely rejected the album apart from Applause. Now, in retrospect I appreciate it’s ambition, still nowhere near touching my favourite stuff from her though.

ARTPOP was disruptive. ARTPOP was a stappling proof from Gaga and Stephanie. ARTPOP Act II will come out eventually.
