    1. I am indifferent to the Kardashians, but as an employer, that assistant's claims reek of horseshit, sorry. Particularly since the pandemic, I have onboarded so many staff who will come in going "Yes, this role is everything I want, I want to prove myself" – I give them exactly the job I advertised and before they're even out of their probationary period they're taking more mental health days a month than I've had in my lifetime, and businesses are just expected to hold their seats until they feel like making a permanent decision about their future. (And no, their jobs are not stressful – I take insanely good care of my staff, they have it cushy.) People are entitled about employment now. If you are so injured you need 6+ months, have the integrity to consider your employer, too; I'm guessing he didn't say "I need 6 months" at the start of that period, I'm guessing he said "I need another week" every week for 6 months. What do you expect your employer to do. This is the first time in a long time where companies everywhere are gagging for staff. If you can't take your breaks, look elsewhere, don't sit on it for 2 years and then fuck people around for half a year.

    2. Mediation is generally WAY cheaper than a lawsuit. Also, some judges basically require this before proceeding with a court case. They want all options explored before tying up the courts' time.

    3. Also, anyone claiming that if Khloe was in the right she wouldn't mediate and just say "I've done nothing wrong" clearly have absolutely no knowledge of employment laws and regulations. I think Khloe is the most obnoxious Kardashian (honestly she is insanely unlikable and seems completely delusional) but that doesn't mean you can just lose sight of reality. Reality is when employees are absent from work due to injury or medical issues long term, the financial side of things becomes very complex in terms of how much is owed, covered, should and shouldn't be accommodated etc. Mediation is smart because it shows they are wanting to make sure the employee got everything they owed in a complex scenario. People are idiots.

    4. People wondered why Gwenyth Paltrow went to trial with the dude who sued her for the skiing accident. Because she knew that if she settled or went to mediation people would think she was guilty. Just like they think Khloe is guilty. That’s why Gwenyth went to trial.

    5. Hulu is over them THATS why they have ti do 20 more episodes fir the same money there not getting a dime more and they didn’t get renewed they got an extension it’s on line go read it so I’m guessing if it Dont get better there done but Hulu wants ti get some of there moneys worth they are so done I don’t watch never have never will but I see things on line about them I think everyone is pretty much over them flexing a life style most people will never have people are struggling they act like they know what a real struggle is not they are so pathetic

    6. The answer is simple. They are never going away. If the ratings go down to only 200 people what they'll do is negotiate to pay hulu to stay on but tell the public that hulu is paying them 10 million each.
This is their business model of smoke & mirrors.

    7. They’ve said Kendall and Kylie have different contracts than the older sisters. Kendall and Kylie are paid less and thus, commit to less..

    8. Everyone keeps making videos on the kardashian downfall …but we are still constantly talking about them so seems their era isn’t over uet

    9. I will this heinous show and all things kardashian to simply fade into obscurity and they all get the “privvicy” they desire and deserve.

    10. Mediation just means its cheaper to pay the legal team for 3 hours and a settlement then the legal team for months, miss other work due to court appearances and strategy meetings with legal and still likely end up having to pay for the odd missed break.

Most times settlements are just more cost/time effective, and its really not at all an admission of guilt. Not saying I don't think he was likely overworked. Most assistants are.

    11. Mediation might also be preferred due to trials being public, ex personal assistant of a celebrity "threatening" to air the dirty laundry of the celebrity in a public trial. Mediation is private.

    12. When i was 20s yo i so obssed with them and anything on E! Channel pop culture things then i realized hmm the kardashian-jenner family always act like they're beyond everyon and they're make a lot of repetitive unimportant dramas..so yeah

    13. I liked to watch them in the beginning! Just a cute family living life (with a little more money than others). For those who are too young: season 1 etc.
      It was real and relatable.

Now everything is just about money…

    14. What kind of leg injury takes 6 months to heal? they need to be more specific. Even if he broke it into places he should be better in a few months not a half year… and personally I can't stand the Kardashians! I just came out here cuz Candace Owens with making fun of them!
