I'm a primary school teacher plus the main art teacher of kids 7 – 11. Seven year old kids don't have the fine motor skills to paint as shown in the first few pictures.

North is an extremely talented child however the pressure of being in the public eye constantly for the gain of her mother/Kardashian dynasty makes her find an outlet through her art. Hopefully they find her help however knowing how self-centered they are, this issue will probably grow until it becomes worse, because it means more rating to their show, drama pays even if it is the well being of their kids.
She keeps drawing a man in a room and a red door. Did someone she trust make her feel unsafe? She put X’s on his eyes . Does she want him dead? Did he hurt her ? Abuse her? Is it her nightmare demon? She drew herself crying and screaming probably wants someone to listen to her .

Children’s drawings should absolutely never be looked over, everything about our being comes out through use of art/drawing etc as a child. We’re literally drawing our emotions and selves into the art we create at those young ages. There are numerous child art therapies and specific areas of study in pediatric art therapy. Very important stuff and makes this all the more unsettling.
