Not trying to speculate but lupus can also be caused by heavy drug usage… all of these Disney stars at some point have had some sort of interaction with drugs/drinking and it could be the case here. She had gone to rehab in Arizona where ppl were saying it was mostly for addicts and a small percentage of patients being there for mental illness. Idk, it all seems kind of weird. And then the fact that she treated her friend like nothing after says a lot about her… maybe she brought all of this to herself and is so indulged in self pity and selfishness that she doesn’t even see how passive aggressive she’s being.
