I saw a documentary a while ago, about plastic surgery-tourism to Turkey and people who suffered from complications, after visiting the clinics there. They had to sign a non-disclosure agreement before the treatment, something strange about not to reveal anything before two years if they suffer complications, something like this. Anyways, they have to seek medical help at home for the nasty stuff that went wrong in Turkey😢

I wouldn't chalk Kylie's decision or regret up to immaturity. She explained why she regretted it. She didn't say that her regret had to do with her age or that she feels she was too young or immature at the time she did it but that she wished she wouldn't have done it before having children. We should allow her to give her own testimony about why she regretted it without suggesting it was immaturity on her part with that likely having been suggested for personal reasons and monetary gain by the person who suggested it. People can certainly regret plastic surgeries for many varied and justifiable reasons. People would be better off realizing that Kylie doesn't have to admit to doing anything at all. It is nobody else's business and she shouldn't be shamed for keeping it to herself for as long as she did. Imagine if the world expected YOU to share everything you've ever done to your own body, including any change to a private part. She's constantly in the public eye and can't really hide these things to begin with but she should not have to come clean with any of it, verbally confessing all. It's crazy that there's an expectation that she should have to. Grace should be shown when people aren't ready or willing to share something and then one day they are. It's strange even that it's celebrated and deemed such a positive step when somebody finally comes clean about something private they did to a private part that they didn't have to share to begin with. Is it a requirement when you get plastic surgery or any surgery that you be willing to tell people all about it? She doesn't have to tell the world anything. Let's not shame her or openly humiliate her. They are her breasts, people. She doesn't owe anybody an explanation about them.

The people that are ripping on Kylie are so immature (not you Dr. Gary obviously). Us regular people have no idea what it’s like to be one of the most famous people on the planet since a very young age. That’s got to go to your head.

my heart goes out for the women in Afghanistan so much. I know some people feel the topic of beauty is superficial but through beauty women are able to express their unique personalities and gifts and its disheartening the massive job loss as well.
i kinda don't buy Kate bekinsale not having done much plastic surgery because she looks vastly different than earlier in her career and continues to change. and Kylie Jenner has done much more than breast augmentation but I feel that all her surgeries came from feeling the criticism on her appearance by the public so maybe she rushed to change herself. but in the end, even without public criticism I feel Kylie wouldve gotten surgery out of comparison with others in Hollywood
with plastic surgery, I just feel that you need to approach it with measure and trying to be safe. I don't understand the stigma with admiting what procedures you've gotten done with celebs bc the images are there and ppl will compare past images to present.

As a guy its funny to see the parallels between these women and "all natural" bodybuilders.
They lie through their teeth about substances/surgery, usually there's some ignorants in the comments defending them breathlessly until they eventually crack and admit its all a lie.

Kylie Jenner has had major, major facial plastic surgery. If you look at pictures of her before the facial plastic surgery, she looks like a completely different person. She's in denial to the public.
I really like your content and the way you discuss resp. comment it – always in a differentiated way, not per se positive or critical. I appreciate that very much, not only generally, bit especially in your professional field, I think its important that people/professionals talk about both sides (pros and cons/dangers). I have experienced both myself as a patient, because I have a huge scar in the face
